My background
I spent more than 15 years in HR & Talent Acquisition, including Director-level leadership roles.
During that time, I evaluated thousands of candidates and partnered closely with executives and hiring managers on how talent decisions were made.
That experience gives me a perspective most career coaches don’t have.
I understandwhat hiring managers are actually looking for and where strong professionals unintentionally undersell themselves.
